One of the most loved finnish recipe to italians is the finnish korvapuusti. This cinnamon roll is in many forms and under many different names a very traditional bun in all of Scandinavia. Last year we collaborated with Laura of Timo e Basilico blog and she re-created my mum's recipe to perfection! Of course, it's the best recipe among others. ;) It's a yammy thing to prepare and eat in this period of the year; the cinnamon perfume is spread to the whole house when you prepare them - it definitely smells like Christmas!
